Analyser IQ provides payout and margin analysis services for restaurant and food-business partners.

You may submit payout annexures or other relevant documents through the website. We review the information provided and prepare an analysis/report based on the available data.

The service is currently provided through a manual audit process.

2Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents submitted to us are accurate and that you are authorised to share them.

Our analysis is based on the information contained in the documents provided to us.

If information is incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or unavailable, the resulting analysis may also be incomplete or inaccurate.

3Nature of the Analysis

Analyser IQ provides analytical and informational services.

Our reports may identify payout components, discounts, commissions, charges, advertising costs, discrepancies, trends, or other observations based on the documents provided.

The report should not be treated as:

• A guarantee of reimbursement
• A guarantee that a platform such as Swiggy or Zomato has made an error

Where a potential discrepancy is identified, the user remains responsible for verifying the matter with the relevant platform or financial records.

4No Guaranteed Outcome

An analysis or audit does not guarantee that:

• A discrepancy will be found
• A payout adjustment will be obtained
• Swiggy, Zomato, or another platform will accept a claim
• Any particular financial recovery will result

5Uploaded Documents

You must only upload documents that you are authorised to provide.

Do not upload passwords, banking credentials, authentication codes, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive information.

We may refuse to process files that appear unsafe, inappropriate, unrelated to the requested service, or that we are not reasonably able to analyse.

We understand that payout reports and business information may be commercially sensitive.

We will use submitted information primarily for processing the requested audit and related communication, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

By submitting an audit request, you agree that Analyser IQ may contact you using the contact information provided in the request for purposes related to the audit, clarification, delivery of the report, and related service communication.

Analyser IQ is an independent analysis service.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Analyser IQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Swiggy, Zomato, or any other food-delivery platform.

References to third-party platforms are made only to describe the documents or services being analysed.

We aim to keep the website and audit-request service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
